Like no one else you know the reason why at one time the League of Nations was eliminated and what the UN was created for.

    It’s misconception to say that the UN does nothing to safeguard peace in the world. People appreciate all your activities towards Men’s good.

    The only thing I want to note is that all your activities are not to struggle with the greatest evil of the world – the wars, but only to remove consequences of war.

    Like no one else, you understand how urgent the question of war deliverance today is, especially if we recall the First and the Second World Wars. There’s no guarantee that such misfortune won’t fall upon humanity again. It’s a crime to console people by a balance of geopolitical interests of nuclear powers. It’s necessary to raise the issue of liquidation of wars from the human practice, especially in our nuclear age.

    There is an easy and comprehensible way to reach this aim- a unification of efforts of all nations and all countries without an exception and beyond any discrimination- from superpowers to small countries.

    Needless to say that this cause represents a great task. But humanity must donate its time to work at this problem before it’s too late.

    With the unification of all the nations of the world it will be easier and more efficiently to solve global problems.

    The question then is: who will initiate the global discussion of this idea? How and what to start with? What means should be undertaken?  Which mechanism of the government to choose?

On the site “A world without wars” there is a text of my book of the same name, in which I made an attempt to expound some of my thoughts on this subject. It will be better if you don’t only read that book but organize its open discussion in the UN’s Staff.
