People often hear from the heads of leading states these words: " while solving the problems it's necessary to proceed from the national interests". 

By the highest standard if paying attention to the geopolitical interests of each country it must be like that.

    But certainly people consider it not to be enough for you. and then who is to be care for small nations and underdeveloped countries? 

The wars pressurize humanity. Your cares about strategic arms limitation are only the postponing of wars, there are not solving the present question radically. the right solution of the problem of war and peace is hidden in rescuing humanity from the wars between nations forever and ever. 

    Is it easy to do?- no, but human wisdom says :"there are no undecidable problems in the world, if there are enough of will and efforts" . Unfortunately, many of people think today that the War is an eternal human satellite and the think of the deliverance from it is impossible. 

The human reason mustn't put up with the world view like that. Social consciousness is not stagnating in our time, in the golden age of the information science. the first people were not created  to kill each other. Sooner or later this problem will seize the people's minds. 

    Believing that it's necessary for humanity to devote themselves to the problem of the war deliverance. Me, an ordinary teacher ,a retiree and a veteran from Abkhazia decided to express some of my considerations about the real problem on the internet, on the site "World without wars" on different languages.
